Order as a Guest

You can place your order by adding the products you wish to your shopping cart, and then complete your order by clicking the order as a guest selection. Fill out the form with your personal details and the address you wish us to send your order, and send us the order. You will receive a copy of the order you made in the email you will give us as well as updates regarding your order status. For any further information you may need, you may always contact us by email.

Order as a Registered Member

You can create your own account at our website and place your orders online as a registered member.  The account needs to be created only on your first order and then you can use it to place your orders whenever you like.

Shipping to Greece

We ship to Greece using all major courier services. Unless there are reasons of force majeure you will receive your order 2-3 days after the day it was shipped.  Immediately after your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the order’s track link. If for any reason you do not receive your order in the expected time, you may contact us by email or call us.

Shipping to the European Union

We ship to European Union countries using all major courier services. Unless there are reasons of force majeure you will receive your order 5-7 days after the day it was shipped. Shipping Worldwide

We ship worldwide using all major courier services. Unless there are reasons of force majeure you will receive your order 10-12 days after the day it was shipped.   Immediately after your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the order’s track link. Free delivery in Athens, Greece twice a month

This only applies for orders over €30 that are to be delivered to Athens, Greece. The delivery is scheduled twice a month and your order will be delivered to you at the closest scheduled day after your order. You will get an email with the exact date and we will also contact you by phone 1 or two days before the delivery.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

Cash on delivery

This method is available only for orders to be sent within Greece.

COD COST: €2,00

Bank Deposit

When Bank Depodit is selected as the method of payment, the Client will receive an email containing the bank account information for the payment. The merchandise will then be reserved for the order until payment has been confirmed. The Client is asked to fax or email a scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer within 48 hours of receiving the email request for payment. It is mandatory that the Client fax or email a scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transfer within 48 hours to avoid the cancelation of the order. Merchandise will be shipped once the payment has reached our bank account.  If the fax or scanned copy of the Bank Wire Transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled. The merchandise will be shipped once we have confirmed the payment and the merchandise is available for shipment.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

You may alter or even cancel your order, only before its shipping. Once an order is shipped, any changes may only be made only after the items that you wish to change are returned to us. Items returned for change must be in an excellent condition, without their boxes being opened or damaged. Shipping fees for changing orders are always paid by the client, unless the change is a result of product failure or incorrect merchandise.
